The torque of the studs in the block is not specified; the only purpose of the torque is to ensure sufficient clamping force, which is undefined until something is clamped. So put them in until they stop (like finger-tight, but make sure they really are in) then put the head on and get your torque "ranch" warmed up. Donald. |
