List, There has been a lot of discussion about brake bleeding. The need to bench bleed came up. I just installed a new master and slave kit on my clutch but after quite a bit of bleeding it is still grinding more often than not. Pumping the pedal reduceses the grinding. Is it necessary to bench bleed the clutch like it is the brake? I did not bench bleed it. The car is a '73 spit 1500. Thanks for your help, David Gates http://members.aol.com/gatesdavid/index.htm |
