Did you check for fluid inside the car? If the master cylinder is leaking it
will run down the linkage and drip into the carpet. You'll never see it
unless you get under the dash! (I know from experience.)
Thanks,

Subject: clutch hydraulics
Hello, I got a clutch question.
Daily driver spit (even when it is really cold), one day its hard to shift. I
check fluid, there is none. I fill it, bleed it, drive it, all good. [At
this time there is no tunnel/carpet installed over tranny (Even though it is
really cold) so I take the opportunity to scrub it all clean, especially
around slave cylinder. Today, after digging it out of snow/ice, I check fluid
b/4 starting it, there is none. There is no fluid visible on the tranny or
under it on ground. What is suspect failure? Could it be leaking into
tranny? Any thoughts appreciated.
TIA
