hey there. this may be a question for the racers partaking on the
list, but anyone can give an answer.
when someone says they 'blew-up' a spitfire rear end, what is it that
actually breaks? is it the diff gears? carrier? axels? bearings? is
it something i should only worry about only if i decide to heavily
modify my engine, or are all spitfires at risk? if i decide to do an
engine swap, can i modify the stock diff to handle what i feed it, or
would i have to fabricate a replacement (ie grassroots ro-spit) rear
end?
just label me curious...
