Hmm we have injection molding capabilities here at work I'll have to add
that to the list of things I want to make before I leave here in a
couple of weeks.
If it works I could make a very small batch of extras. I'll keep the
list posted.

I've talk with the machinist at the University here and he suggested
making
a mould with the original rubber gaskets with a block of PVC in two
halves. Once the mould in made one can then use heated exterior
silicone
or urathane caulking to fill the mould. But make sure to spray the
inside
of the mould with PAM or similar product so the caulking wil not stick
to
the mould.
