1300 not starting

I'm trying to get a Mk. II spitfire that's been sitting for a few years
started with no luck at all.
I've replaced the coil, wires, plugs and points,
replaced the timing chain,
set the timing according to the workshop manual,
and ensured that the engine is getting fuel and spark.
The only thing I haven't done is a compression leakdown test.

Can anyone give me any other suggestions?
