Thanks to everyone that's replied, I'm a new subscriber and I'm very im=
pressed.

The condensation theory would correspond to the weather on the days whe=
n it has
happened (cold and damp),
or perhaps it's just wishful thinking. Anyway, I'll keep a careful eye =
on it
for now.
