Whell, it turns out that there seems to be a shortage of new RWSC's for
Spitfires. I have had one on order for weeks, it's on back order with
the company that's supplying the place where I am getting it from.
(First class grammer!) Anyway it's realy ******* me off, it's the only
thing left for the MOT.
I still have not done the welding or pop-riviting by the inertia real
seatbelt mount. It needs a patch, but I am still I don't know what to
do about the petrol tank. I'll maby have to borrow a jerry can to drain
the tank, it's 3/4 full. It's still a fuss though. Can what do people
recomend is it safe to weld the inside of the rear wheel arches with
petrol tank in place?
I'm maby going to get myself a MIG welder, second hand if posible anyone
in the UK got one for sale.
Oh has anyone in the UK got or seen a proper Spitfire 1500 (not dolly)
engin for sale.
