Trouble with my car is I don't know if it's suposed to have the tap at
that place.  The carbs althogh they are the right type, are not the
specfifc number. 

Vacume advance data though...

The other thing of note, when your tuning your carburetters with an
exhaust gas analyser you should remove the air pump line after the
diverter. 
      CO%  Tolerance %
75/76 1.5%  0.5% to 1.5%
1977  3.0%  0.5% to 6.0%
78/89 5%    3.0% to 7.0%
