I always have considered Boge dampers to be good.
My Spit had gas-pressurized (DeCarbon) shocks in the rear when I first got
it on the road. They didn't leak either.
But Spit Bits had new ones on sale, so I bought a pair. The ride is more
controlled now, less bouncy.
