Having just chainged the bushes myself a MUCH easer method of getting
them out is to get a
tube with a diameter slightly gater than that of the metal bush tube on
the A arm. Then a two washers. One slightly smaller than the diameter
of the bush and the other larger than the diameter of the prevoiusly
metioned tube. Take a spacer tube that will push the smaller washer and
bush. Thread the whole lot onto a long bolt. Get someone else to
tighten it up with a nut and repeat the opperation with all the bushes.

When you put new rubber bushes in DON'T use grease or oil to make them
slip in. Use washing up liquid it's dosent desulve them.
