Joe,
I just found out that you can get Panasports through The Tire Rack
(800-981-3783)ask for Dan, he told me $165 ea. in silver,gold or grey
He also told me that you can fit 14" wheels on a Spitfire. I was
skeptical and inquired of the list and heard from someone who has been
running 14" wheels for some time and is very happy with them.
Cant help you out with the valve cover
