Hey gang,
Someone suggested that they would like to see more information in the
Spitfire database regarding upkeep/repair of Spitfires. THat certainly
makes sense to me.
Therefore, I have decided to devote a separate page to, "Repair/Upkeep
tip of the month" THis will be updated each month with the new data
that has been received during the previous month.
Now for the real task at hand, to solicit inputs from you guys and gals
based upon your own experiences that can help Spitfire owners keep their
babies running. So, please give the subject some thought and EMAIL me
your tips as attached files in TXT format. Please be concise and not too
technical, so we can communicate the tips to the least technically
knowledgeable owners. Also, tips that are "borrowed" from other
publications should have the document properly cited.
I will publish the tips on a revolving basis and give credit to those
who send the tips.
Also, please send pictures and descriptions of your Spitfires for
publication as well.
