I have only done the back so far.  I definitely used and torqued to spec the 
bolt in the bottom to attach the new strut.  I have ordered poly bushing for 
the rear to upgrade those components but they are not in yet.  My strut mounts 
are brand new.  I did install the rubber spring seat.
