Have you asked 3m?  They have pretty good product support, who should know t=
he answer.  I expect the answer is a knife and scraper, because all the wind=
shield adhesives I=E2=80=99ve seen in the last couple decades are urethane, a=
nd pretty solvent resistant.=20
