Thanks, but these won=E2=80=99t work, also I=E2=80=99d like the ability =
to=20
remove the pin if desired. What I=E2=80=99ve decided upon was=20
some strap hinges, the position of the pin surround design=20
allowed a flush fit within a 90 deg corner. However, my=20
supplier doesn=E2=80=99t stock any with removable pins, so I=E2=80=99m =
just=20
planning to machine off one end and thus allow the pin to=20
be removed when desired. Thanks everybody for the suggestions.

Look into Soss hinges. They might do the trick. =20

I=E2=80=99m trying to correctly describe a type of hinge, but=20
I=E2=80=99m not familiar with the nomenclature.
I=E2=80=99m wanting to place to thick door panels at 90 deg=20
to each other, but in the form of a =E2=80=9CT=E2=80=9D, not an =
=E2=80=9CL=E2=80=9D.
When assembled, one side can =E2=80=9Cfold=E2=80=9D or =
=E2=80=9Cclose=E2=80=9D=20
down so that the two panels are parallel to each=20
other, but when open, they would be locked in=20
a =E2=80=9CT=E2=80=9D formation because the movable panel cannot=20
extend beyond 90 deg due to the interference of the=20
movable panel=E2=80=99s edge against non-moving panel.
Hope this makes sense. The problems are:
The fingers (that encircle the hinge pin) must be=20
flat against the panel on both sides
The minge pin must be removable.
In essence I=E2=80=99m using two hinges to connect to panels=20
then fold the panels together, move the panel assembly=20
into a small room, open and essentially make a 90 deg=20
screen within a small area. Possible disassembly may be=20
required in the future.
How best to describe this type of box hinge?
Super thanks, BTW this all applies to some improvements=20
I=E2=80=99m making in my shop.........!!
