Scott -

De-tension the springs first. You will need two steel rods, 12=E2=80=9D - 18=
=E2=80=9D long. 3/8=E2=80=9D socket extensions work well.=20

Put one rod into the hole in the collar with the securing bolts in it. Hold o=
n to the rod when you loosen the bolts, and use the two rods to relieve the s=
pring tension, 1/4 turn at a time.=20
