Tim,

If you are using a PC, open up your network connection and look at how 
many packets you are sending and receiving. This will give you PACKET 
count, which  can be anywhere from 30 bytes to 1500 bytes, which may not 
be good enough for you, but it a start in the right direction.

Shop content: I have 2 computers in my shop and both are on the internet.
