Yes, the original quote "full-service FLAPS" had me thinking what an 
oxymoron that has become.  The best around here is part of 
Carquest.  Everything is Carquest, NAPA, Advance or similar.  That 
wouldn't be so bad if they still included the "full service" 
part.  You can't even get a rotor turned around here.  The one place 
left that does stuff like that has a single central machine 
shop.  You drop off at the store and pick it up in a day or two.  You 
don't get to talk to an actual machinist to discuss options or get 
recommendations.
