Dewalt makes them.  Haven't ever seen one for Milwaukee.  I like the 
idea enough that I actually considered changing to Dewalt, but I already 
had the Milwaukee stuff, and I like the Milwaukee Sawzall hatchet and 
flashlight better than the Dewalt.
