[Shop-talk] Engine pull cord replacement

I have an old generator that uses what is essentially 
clothesline.  You hook a knot in the line into a notch, and then wind 
it around a couple of times.  Then you pull.  Repeat until it 
starts.  It takes maybe ten seconds per attempt, versus around two 
seconds with the self winding kind.
