[Shop-talk] battery rebuilders?

Howdy,

A while back on the list there was something about cordless tool battery 
rebuilders... I'd like to give them a shot with some Milwaukee 18v NiCds.

Google has a few hits, but I'm hoping to find someone whose done it before 
and has recommendations.  I'm most interested in the "adds capacity" 
rebuilds.

Current batteries are 18v, 2.4Ah NiCd
