If the only reason you want to sell the truck is the smoke odor,
have you tried using an ozone generator to get rid of the smell?
A friend of mine bought a truck from a neighbor that was a
smoker. Both my friend and his wife are very sensitive to the smell of
smoking. On the recommendation of a detail shop, he went to a local rental
place and rented an ozone generator. Left it in the truck for a day and,
according to their sensitive noses, that zapped the odor completely.
