I was talking with my dentist - actually I was listening, you can't have a
conversation with you mouth full of instruments - and he was grousing that
his new "dental" air compressor was pretty much identical to the industrial
model one of his patients had paid substantially less for.

I've never heard a compressor during my visits to the dentist, probably
because it's outside in a little shed.
