[Shop-talk] 220V extension cord with breaker

Virtually everything plugged into a wall outlet would be in this category.  I'm 
real suspicious of the tiny little charger that comes with an iphone.  It's 
barely a 1" cube, and I'm plugging it into a 110V outlet.
