[Shop-talk] Sealing Concrete

I have a 6 year old concrete driveway that has never been sealed.  While I
rarely use salt for de-icing, I recently noticed quite a bit of deterioration
in a couple of areas, mostly where we frequently park in the winter.  I have
never sealed concrete before and always thought it was unnecessary, but now I
am not so sure.  Can anyone give me any advice on this?
