Recently at Bailey's we bought a used, and I do mean USED, forklift.  It 
does
still work, though.  I don't know how common cheap used ones might go for
in your area, but they do come in handy for moving things around, towing
dead cars, moving the boss' trailer in and out of the building, etc.
