In the SF Bay Area, the street drains flow directly to the Bay. Fortunately,
all my toxic waste ends up in my neighbor's flower bed ;)

Hazardous waste talk is simply crap... more left wing dribble... ( sorry it
was just sounding a bit to tree huggerish to me )

expensive )....
Or just pitch them in the trash....
Personally... I actually do wash them at home in the above discribed
manner... and move on... ( but I pitch the really nasty ones )
