Can't you just go to any paint or hardware store with a shaker and
give the guy a few bucks to do it for you? It's automotive paint, so
it's not like you bought it from their competitor instead of
them. I'd expect the local store I do business with to be happy to
do it without charge, but I'd give the guy a few bucks anyway.
