I have one that's about 30 years old - don't remember the date code. It's not
used much but is really handy when needed.
Snap-On changed the part number to FM 70A and then to B (I think). They do
have repair kits. The new sealed head version is FC 936:

It may take a while to search through to find what you need. A dealer would
know which kit you need since the basic ratchet mechanisms are common to a
range of handles.
