Yes, you are correct. I thought I sent out a retraction last night, but
it looks like I messed up and didn't send it to the list. I will resend.
Your work PC is a tool to do your work and not a toy. I resent
limitations on doing reasonable things with your work PC, but they seem
to be common at many companies. OTH the place I used to work wouldn't
let me lock them down as much as I wanted to. I probably could have
spent half my time doing more productive things for the company (being a
programmer and not a pc tech') if I wasn't fixing all the rubbish people
inflicted on their 'puters.
