We have one of the earlier models, and it's more of a robot 
dustbuster than a robot vacuum.  That's not necessarily so bad, as 
long as you have reasonable expectations.  I don't know about the 
newer ones, though.  As for the shop, the usual review is "it was 
great, right up until I ran it over!"
