I assume you have a plan to keep all of their food from spoiling
during this sabotage event? Also, no matter what you do, if they're
going to call a serviceman, that seems like a big unnecessary
expense. If they're not going to call a serviceman, then just
disconnecting anything will do the trick. Unless this old lady is a
retired engineer or something, she's probably not going to analyze the wiring.
