Inch,
45 Watts, or 45 Amps? You should be able to find something on Ebay, or
at least on the web. You might scout around for an RV bone yard in your
area.
Those power supplies some times include a relay to switch over to
battery when the power plug is pulled - at least mine does. When on
shore power the battery is charged, rather than just floating on the
power supply output.
