I have used an air powered reciprocating saw like this one on the web site

The saw works fine.  The results that you obtain depend on the blade that
you install in the tool.  If you use a cheap blade, it will dull quickly,
causing you to spend a lot of time changing blades.  The saw that I have
used employs hacksaw blades that are cut to the length needed.
