High-pressure grease hoses exist. Most shops have a grease pump
sitting on a 120 lb grease drum, with a 10 or 30 foot hose connecting
the pump to the gun. You can get shorter bits. On the other hand, if
the air-operated gun we're talking about is one that takes 14 oz
tubes, I bit it doesn't develop more pressure than a lever-operated
one. A good lever operated gun will generate 10,000 PSI. (Quick
check...) The cheapie harbor freight gun claims 6,000 PSI. I would
just use a normal extension, available wherever grease is sold.
The only time you'll see high pressure is when the fitting isn't
taking grease well, the normal pressure is pretty low.
