Seems to me that Clopay uses the term "rough opening" differently than I do.
To me, "rough opening" is the distance between the studs that hold up the
header.

However, looking at Clopay's installation instructions :

although they say "rough opening", they really mean the opening between the
door jambs. Check Fig 6-A on page 7.
