I bought a rubber disk for removing decals, adhesive, etc. from paint. It looks like a big, flat eraser with an arbor in the center. Anyway, the instructions say it "must be operated between 3,200 and 4,000rpm." None of my drills run at that high an RPM, and all my grinders and buffers run much higher. Anybody know what kind of machine would give 3,200-4,000rpm? The arbor is just a standard 3/8" drill type. bs |
