One of the old racer tricks before ceramic coatings came along was to beadblast headers and coat with Zynolyte Epoxy Copper Spray paint. Install the headers carefully and run.... The Copper fully burns off and leaves it looking like freshly bead blasted metal. But it stays nicely for quite a while as long oil doesn't get on them and burn off. I last got my Zynolyte at Standard Brands paint stores. |
