Gene,
Costco sells stuff by the gallon called "Oil Eater" degreaser. I pour
it on, work it
in with a broom and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then hose off. It
works pretty good,
but if the oil has really soaked in I doubt anything short of removing
the top layer
of concrete will remove the stain.
