Its all comfort and where you want it to be. I am 5'8" and the
arm hole is a 8" hole with the bottom of it at 40" from the
ground. That is approx. 2 1/2" above the grate inside the blasting
cabinet. It was my first time building something like this and if I
built it again, I would again make the same height, either it is
comfortable for me or I have grown used to it.
