I have a spray can of Red Devil "100% Polyurethane Enamel".  The stuff dries
as hard as nails.  It was in the garage of my old house when I bought it in 
1999,
and has a price sticker from the long-defunct Caldor chain stores.

I have been looking ever since, but I have never polyurethane spray paint in 
stores.
Was it banned or something?
