Phase converters

I've just been gifted exactly what I've been 
looking for.  A 5hp, 3ph 1750rpm Baldor motor. 
I'd like to make a rotary phase converter so that I can run 
my few 3ph motors when needed.  I've found a number 
of articles on how to make a quality rotary 3 phase 
converter, but what I'm looking for is a good kit that 
has all the parts needed to simply hook up to my 
motor.  Anybody have any experience with this stuff?
