I've been using an ACI SuperCharger for a while:

In particular, model 1206CC. It comes with several detachable
cables, including one that is clearly meant to be attached to
the battery clamp bolts and left there (see the 'ring terminals'
photo). You can detach the charger, cover the terminal, and
drive away.
