I've used these trailers for years.
Re pack the bearings before the first run, the factory job sucks..
12" tires are better. I ran a trailer with 10" tires but kept speeds below
80mph and had no problem.
Buy a spare tire.
Carry a spare bearing set and grease (cheap insurance).
Mount the license plate so it doesn't stick out the side (you will bang it
up and scrape into things when pushing the trailer around by hand)
I would hazard a guess that the weak points of the small trailers in your
links are small tires and the wheel bearings. Small tires will be turning
more RPM's stressing the wheel bearings even more.
