Derek,
Providing it is reasonable quality concrete, it should be OK for light
vehicles after a few days. After a week we allowed heavy goods
vehicles and large (7ton & more lifting capacity) forklift trucks onto
our newly laid concrete. Concrete should achieve most of its ultimate
strength at 28 days.
