while it is "light duty", it did the job fine.  I will replace the wheels
the next time I use it to air filled ones.

I also found that fill the water in first, then add the mix slowly.  It
saved a TON of back breaking mixing and did a good job of mixing the motar
consitantly.

Note, I beleive that contrete should only have enought water to be more of
a paste, so a mixer is a labor saver!
