Eastwood has a tool for this:

I've never used it, so I don't know how well it works. BTW, why are you
removing them? If you want to replace them with new pinstripes, fine. If
you think you'll just leave them off, you will always see their
shadows. The paint will be unfaded under there and will appear different
than the rest of the vehicle.
