Most of the big tire stores can take care of it, or almost anything else 
with a tire.  I have taken wheelbarrow tires, tractor tires, go cart tires 
in to the local Les Schwab stores and they never bat an eye, just fix or 
replace it.  Just don't ask them to do motorcycle tires.
