"Needle oiler" is what I've heard them called.

Any place that carries gun cleaning supplies should have them. Got mine at
K-mart, back when they carried guns & supplies.
A medical syringe and needle works well, too. If you know someone who is
diabetic, they may throw away a lot of them ...
